Jim was appointed Chief Executive of M Group Services in 2016.
As Chief Executive of M Group Services, Jim has overall responsibility for the operation and performance of the Group and its four divisions, Utilities, Transport, Data and Telecom.
Within M Group Services there are a number of businesses that support the four divisions, including Morrison Utility Services, PMP Utilities and IWJS, Dyer & Butler, Morrison Data Services, Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene and Avonline Networks.
Jim has worked in the utility and infrastructure sector for 30 years is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the ICE.
Martin was appointed Chief Financial Officer of M Group Services in 2016, having previously been Chief Financial Officer for Morrison Utility Services since 2008. Prior to 2008, Martin spent 12 years with United Utilities in a number of senior finance and strategy roles.
Martin trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG where he worked with a number of clients across audit, tax, corporate finance and advisory services.
Jim was appointed Executive Director, Support Services, of M Group Services in 2016.
Jim is responsible for the Support Services function of M Group Services which includes Group Procurement, Information Systems, Assurance, Risk Management and Governance. Jim also supports the acquisition and integration process of any new businesses into the M Group Services portfolio.
Jeremy was appointed Executive Director, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions in 2016 with responsibility for all plant, fleet and associated services across all group businesses.
Having worked for Morrison Utility Services for over 20 years, and with over 35 years’ experience in the Plant and Fleet Industry, Jeremy’s previous role was as Executive Director of Morrison Plant & Fleet Services.
Jeremy is a Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers and the Society of Operations Engineers.
Artem was appointed Executive Director, M&A, of M Group Services in August 2017 and is the lead for all mergers and acquisition undertaken within the Group.
Artem joined from First Reserve, where he worked on a number of platform and add-on investments in European industrial sectors, including investment in M Group Services in September 2016. Prior to First Reserve Artem spent four years with J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division advising corporate clients on more than $13 billion worth of mergers & acquisitions, and equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Artem has a MSc Finance from Warwick Business School (UK) and a BA International Economics from MGIMO University (Russia).
Neil was appointed Managing Director of M Group Services’ transport division in 2016.
Neil became Managing Director of Dyer & Butler in 2014 having joined the business as a Commercial Manager in 1999.
Simon was appointed Managing Director of M Group Services’ data division in 2016.
Simon became Managing Director of what is now branded Morrison Data Services in October 2012, having joined the business (originally AccuRead) in 2006 as Financial Controller.
He has held various positions within the business including Smart Project Director and Finance Director. Simon previously worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Siemens Metering Services and Eastern Electricity He is CIMA qualified.
Alain was appointed Managing Director of M Group Services’ Telecom division in January 2017.
Having joined Morrison Utility Services over 15 years ago, Alain’s most recent appointment as Managing Director Telecom came in January 2017. Alain has over 25 years telecom industry experience gained in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Alain is responsible for M Group Services’ Telecom division which includes Morrison Telecom Services together with Magdalene and Avonline Networks. He has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
As MD of the Telecoms division Alain is responsible for all clients in the telecommunication sections supplied via Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene and Avonline Networks.
Trevor was appointed Managing Director of M Group Services' utilities division in April 2018.
He has over 30 years’ experience of growing multi-disciplinary services businesses in a variety of sectors including Utilities (Water & Energy) and Transportation. He joined after 14 years at RPS, where he was CEO, having previously worked for EC Harris (now ARCADIS) and MWH (now Stantec).
Trevor is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institute of Directors and holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Law.
